Should a Bellewick Boutique piece not be the one, our return process is straightforward.

The timeframe

Returns can be requested within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging, and we never charge restocking fees.

Beginning a return

Write to info@bellewickboutique.com with your order number and we will provide the steps. Please await confirmation before returning anything. Return postage is the customer's responsibility; a tracked service is advised.

Exchanges

If you would rather swap, mention it when you contact us and we will help where possible.

Faulty or incorrect items

Email us promptly with your order number and a photo, and we will resolve it at no cost to you.

Refunds

After inspection, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days, though your bank may take a little longer to display them.
