These terms apply to bellewickboutique.com, a shop run by Product4All and referred to here as Bellewick Boutique ("we", "us"). By using the site or ordering, you accept them; if you do not, please refrain from using the shop.

Browsing is open to all; ordering means accepting these terms. Bellewick Boutique sells a curated fashion selection online through Shopify, and the latest terms are always posted here.
Section 1 - Who can order
You confirm you have the legal capacity to buy where you live, or a guardian's consent, and will not misuse the shop or upload harmful code. A breach ends your right to use it.
Section 2 - General conditions
Service may be declined to anyone. Apart from encrypted payment data, information may cross networks and adjust to technical requirements. No part of the shop may be copied or resold without written consent.
Section 3 - Content accuracy
Site information may not always be complete or current and should not be relied on alone. Some material remains for reference, and we may update it at any time without obligation.
Section 4 - Products and prices
Prices and availability may change without notice, and we may discontinue anything at our discretion, without liability.
Section 5 - Product details
Some items are online-only and limited, with returns per our Refund and Return Policy. Screen colours vary. We may limit sales by area or amount and make no promise a product meets every need.

We may decline or cancel orders and limit quantities, and you agree to supply accurate, current billing and account information.

You agree to hold Product4All and its team harmless from claims, including legal fees, arising from your breach of these terms or any law or right.

If any clause is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.

Pre-termination obligations survive. You may stop any time; we may end access on a breach, with dues still payable.

These terms and any posted policies form the whole agreement, replacing anything prior.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.

The latest version always appears here, and continued use signals acceptance.
Section 20 - Shipping, returns, and refunds
Orders are prepared in 1 to 3 business days and delivered in another 5 to 8, so most arrive within 6 to 11 business days, cut-off 6:00 PM ET. Returns are accepted within 30 days on unused items in original packaging, no restocking fees, return postage paid by you. Refunds return to your original method within 7 business days of inspection.
